Ultamex Review, Why Ultamex Is Just Another Scam

by Jens Holvoet

in Reviews

In this Ultamex review, I give you a dozen of reasons why you should stay away from Ultamex. Ultamex is a new one-time fee “home based business opportunity” that has been launched on the 26th of November 2011. *Sighing deeply*: seriously… when will people realize that these programs can never provide you with a decent business opportunity.

Ultamex Review: The Products

Products: after joining you have access to so-called “outstanding products”. E-books, software, templates, graphics, videos… Go to a book store or the library if you want to read a book… download software when needed… You don’t need to buy those thousands of products to build a successful online business.

Moreover, people who sign up for Ultamex never sign up because they are really interested in those products. They sign up because they believe that it will make them money. In short, the products are just a big joke that provide no value at all.

Ultamex Review: Ultamex Compensation Plan

The Ultamex compensation plan is a single line compensation plan in which no sponsoring is required. We have seen these scams over and over on the internet. You don’t have to sponsor, but if nobody is sponsoring, nobody will fall into your single line and you won’t make a dime. In the end, they took your $59 and left you behind with nothing but a crappy deal. Ultamex affiliates advertise their Ultamex scam as if they are going to eliminate world poverty. It takes a lot more than joining a program like this to achieve financial freedom. You need to learn how to market a business and how to create real cash flow.

Ultamex is telling you that “no qualifications are needed”, but if you have a quick look at the compensation plan, you soon realize that you will only be able to make decent income when your personal dowline manages to achieve higher levels. But in theory, they aren’t lying of course… maybe one day… one day someone will fall below you and you will earn a bonus of $25. Perhaps if you’re lucky, you will have 4 or 5 people in time. However, you were looking for the financial freedom that is being advertised by Ultamex, not some Mickey Mouse Money.

Ultamex Review: Is This Opportunity Something For You?

One time fee programs are designed to last 6 months to maximum 1 year. Once there is no more attrition, the founders pull the plug out of it and start another similar program. A business that doesn’t require you to buy a product has not sustainability at all; it’s not even the name business worthy.

They make it look very easy: once this many people fell automatically below you, you achieved this level and you will receive this amount of money. In reality, for many people it takes ages to have people below them. These sort of scams are mostly attracting hopeless people who don’t have a clue how to market a product or service. If you want to join a program that offers no value at all, be my guest. It’s your decision! I can assure you that if you join Ultamex to make an income that will give you financial freedom while doing nothing, it just won’t happen for you.

Do some due diligence before you join Ultamew. My Ultamex review pretty much proved why inexperienced online marketers won’t make a huge residual income, although they claim to have invented the “newest and most revolutionary system” on the planet.

I am a member of UltaMex & I want to dispute what the guy is saying. I believe UltaMex is going to be a financial lifesaver for many people. I am on the LARGEST TEAM IN ULTAMEX WITH OVER 27,000 PEOPLE STRONG!!!! Many of our team have already made money, some up to $1000. This is unheard of in a new launh!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure there have been some gitches—always are in a new launch, but the owner is workinfg around the clock to fix themm & most have already been fixed. Any of you who do not get into UltaMex because of what this one person is saying are doing yourself a dis-service. For a mere $59 ONE TIME FEE you have the opportunity to make 33k OVER & OVER & OVER. dON’T GET LEFT BEHIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Gale – it is now January 12th – just over a month from your December 10th posting here where you defended the Ultamex program and clearly stated you believed in this program and were on the largest team with over 27,000 members at that point in time. So Gale, I gotta ask — exactly how much have YOU been paid in the last 4 weeks???? Can you make me a believer too???

Hi Jens,
Thanks for your article. David spent $59 to make $25. I guess it’s better than nothing. It’s all about money! I agree, no one is joining for the product. I’ve seen too many of these type of programs come and go. Most of the people will lose. The people that think it’s great will need to learn the hard way I guess.

Hi Jens!
I don’t want to dispute your dissertation, as this is simply not based on experience….so it is left by someone that doesn’t really know how it works.

I’m an active member of Ultamex and I joined the program not in the very early stage but just a couple of days ago. What I can say is that with a one-time fee of 59$ I have now access to more than 300 digital goods: I downloaded a few and they seem very useful…there are ebooks, ads templates, leads manager softwares, etc….

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT JUST AFTER A FEW HOURS I JOINED, I ALREADY GOT MY FIRST 25$. The straight line program is working for me very well at the moment, so nothing to say about the committment and serious approach of the founders.

I’m a network marketing pro, like you I suppose, so my advice for you and for everyone on the web who is approaching network marketing business is: make your due-diligence, contact the reference person for questions, put your efforts on looking for a ” review based on experience”…take your time if you want to join an opportunity, because many review could be made by disgruntled people….this may due to many things: NETWORK MARKETING IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY…and each opportunity is different from another. You can have succesi in one and be a loser in the other; and it could be exactly the opposite for another networker.

DON’T SAY NEVER IF YOU DON’T MAKE A DIRECT EXPERIENCE FIRST. AND ALWAYS TRY TO BE OBJECTIVE….ANALISE EVERY ASPECT OF YOU SUCCESS/UNSUCCESS

You cannot ruin the name of a business just because your personal and not strongly motivated thoughts are negative…”scam” is a serious word that has to be applied only when supported by facts.

If everyone in here wants to have a talk about this business and on network marketing approach, contact me. I will be glad to hear from you.

Regards,
Matteo Magaldi

I am in Ultamex and have been paid on time and have cycled through the Mex.. so have a few people on my team and they are VERY excited.

One time fee, straight line comp. plans, matrices and even HYIP programs are all higher risk. but have a chance for high return as well.

Ultamex is not a get rich quick program. The products are truly excellent, and the ease of this home business has delighted many, especially newbies with little experience in the industry.

This is all perspective, but the word scam is really a strong word.. and cannot fairy describe Ultamex.

Yes it can work but it must be supported NON-STOP by huge members number joing every day.The only problem with strightliner is that with time they need more and more people joing to deliver the SAME level of success. With very agresive advertising it can be done for long time but I think after some time it could stall what is critical moment for every cycler because the earnings fall what demotivate others to join what additionaly stall whole thing …any way …..if You want to invest and play some slot machines for 60 $ …then better invest here ….more probably You will earn and play in the same time …with slots,You can only lose …happy playing :)

Hi Jens, You seem to be a pretty knowledgeable guy. I’m just wondering if you’ve actually looked into detail how this program works. I joined the program and only sponsored a few people and within 3 days earned $375. which has been transferred into my S.T.P. account. One of the people I put in was a precious Brazilian lady who cared for my mom for the last 7 years of her life. Now, in her 60′s she has a back breaking job. My hearts desire is that she can earn a substantial income and not have to work so hard any more. In her third day, without sponsoring anyone, she earned $25. and it has been transferred into an Alert Pay account I set up for her. So many people are hurting today Jen and I think this program can be such a blessing to many. My hope is that you would look more closely into the system of how this works and when you do, post a favorable report which would do justice to the program, the people involved, the people in need, and the owner who seems to me to be a very honorable man. May you be blessed as you do!
With all sincerity,

Jens,
I’ve joined Ultamex, upgraded and been in it for a few days and got nothing so far. I guess I miss out on the big initial surge of funds and now reality is setting in. One thing that I don’t like about Ultamex is no initial commissions with personal referrals. Therefore, even if a refer 100 new members, I don’t earn anything until my referrals enter the MEX stages 1 thru 5. I won’t say it a scam yet because it has mixed reviews (even here!). I’ll see what happens…

Pay out a few bucks to the early birds, create lots of hype, pull in a ton of cash, all of a sudden have payment processor issues owner is dealing with but don’t worry it’ll be alright it’s just that the program is TOO GOOD AND IS OVERLOADING THE SERVERS ETC. and then it’s HEY! WHERE THE HELL DID THEY GO????? LOL & LMAO. Thanks for trying Jens, but a fool and his money are soon parted.

@Jim,
Itz idiots like U that fuk ppl up and leave them feeling too ‘afraid’ and ‘risk-averse’ to DO anything out of the Ordinary, like starting an online business to get themselves out of life’s doldrums and sufferation and into a zone of real financial independence! Any FOOL knows that ANY Business has risks! So PLEASE Jim let us all have the FORMULA to MAKE MONEY with NO FINANCIAL INVESTMENT whatsoever, because we wouldn’t want to be FOOLS would we?? Let me think….(because i’m a ‘fool’) how would I do my shopping or pay my bills, etc, WITHOUT parting with my money! Shoplifting maybe one of your pastimes, but not mine. You see ‘parting’ with your money is how the real world WORKS, buying and selling, if no one ‘parted’ with their money EVERYTHING would collapse, even worse nothing would be made in the first place. So given the choice of living in the world of ‘fools’ or the world of ‘thieves & crooks’…. i’d rather it be the former…. and i know where my ‘foolish’ wealth made would be SAFEST!!!

Wow, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen more gullible people in my career, and before you newbies and rookies reply, my partner and I have a combined 65 years of MLM experience, are 2 of the industry’s top leaders and million dollar earners, and are on the Business For Home list of top 100 earners in the world in network marketing, in addition to having a vast amount of experience in both comp plans and regulatory compliance, so please spare me the ridiculous comebacks if you’re involved in this deal.

First, it’s a new program, and new programs have a 98% failure rate with 2-3 years! Second, this type of program has been done before, so its not unique. Third, straight line vertical plans have NEVER worked long term! They are designed to attract lots of people quickly and easily, especially with the lure of fast, easy money! Fourth, this program has so many regulatory red flags it should be at the front of a Russian parade!

a) The claims of being global are laughable! Yes, they’re global, and illegally operating in most of the countries they claim they’re in! Herbalife is a multi-billion dollar company and 30 years old and they’re in less than 80 countries, and this upstart that’s not even 6 months old is global? LMAO..Do you honestly think they’ve done registration and regulatory compliance work to be legally operating in upwards of 200 countries around the world? Just because they’re promoting on the Internet does NOT exempt them from doing the registration and regulatory compliance work necessary to legally promote a network marketing business in a particular country.

b) claims that “you don’t have to enroll anyone and you can still make money” and “no qualification requirements and you can still make money” will automatically qualify this deal as a pyramid scheme in the eyes of regulators once it gets on their radar screen! Regulators like to see that you have enrolled a few people and that you are meeting some minimal volume or performance requirements as a justification for receiving commissions and bonuses, especially on people you don’t know! If not, then your income is determined by sheer luck, and now they hammer the company using anti-lottery statutes!

Furthermore, with a one time purchase involved, your ongoing monthly income is strictly based on the act of recruiting, another regulatory problem, and if most of the “sales” are being made to business participants, that further makes it an illegal pyramid scheme in the eyes of regulators. (They typically like to see a minimum 3 to 1 customer to distributor ratio-programs like these typically have a ratio of 10-100 distributors to every 1 customer (non-business participant.)

In addition, once the recruiting slows down, your income drops like a lead balloon as there is no monthly minimum volume or performance requirement to give you a more consistent ongoing residual income..

This is nothing more than a one time $59 lottery ticket, a $59 money game marketing overvalued information and ebooks (you can find most of this stuff for free on the Internet!) that any regulator with half a brain will hit for being an illegal pyramid scheme! And just because you or other people are making money doesn’t make it legal! Every pyramid scheme and money game has people that make money! It only means its not big enough yet to land on the radar screen of a regulator!

By the way, foreign countries are now prosecuting people in their country for being distributors and promoting such programs in their country, with jail time and fines being handed down.

Deals like these will last a year, perhaps 2 at the most before they fizzle out or are shut down…make your money while you can but I suggest you don’t spend it as you’re likely to have to give it back and then some once regulators come knocking on the company’s doors and maybe yours as well.

Botton line is I put in $59.00 got $25.00 back for Christmas presents? Don’t join this, better of joining a reputable MLM company. Ultamex came to a complete stop. The person who sponsored said, “Now they’re asking everybody to sponsor 3 people!” I made a whooping $25.00 from $59.00 :D This thing died a slow death and ain’t coming back from the abyss. Like I said from my previous comment is take your heart earned money and use it for gas or grocery and that’s from thr heart. This program is the latest in programs with “Gifting” origins we’re most of us have alert pay, stp ect…. Bottom line is take your money and buy food for your family don’t put 1 red cent in this, pease

tmhorbital January 11, 2012 at 11:25 pm

All ultamex needs is to be their own Bank. Use the massive takeouts in mex 2 and 3 and use them to buy cash producing assets. Coin op laundries, service businesses, etc. The greed factor keeps these guys from doing it right. You can’t do it on the cheap. A full foundation must be laid before HYPE begins. This was a well hyped program that COULD have made it. Dunno if danny was willing to work 18 hr days for years LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESSMAN would, to get his own business off the ground.

I have not joined this program but some of the so called experts here really baffles me. Since when is it a scam to sell digital products online? Ultamex sells digital products and at a super low price to. And you can not download these products for free unless you choose to steal them.

These are products and e-books that will learn you things. Only that makes it worth it. Yes, in most of them there are links but often those links will lead to other stuff that can be useful for you. Looking and having a negative view of things will lead you nowhere.

And about calling this a pyramid scheme…
If you have lived for a while you will know that everything is a pyramid scheme. I mean absolutely everything. The banks are pyramid schemes because the men at the top makes all the money but those at the bottom pays up.

Governments are pyramid schemes because of the same thing. Have you seen their salaries? Ultamex have a product and is a business and that is all there is to it. So for the pessimists everything is a scam and for them maybe it is just better to stay inside close the door and turn off the computer so that they are not scammed.

For the optimists however it is like this: Everything you look into is an opportunity that can bring change into your own life. A possibility to learn something you did not know about before. And you can also make money from delivering this knowledge to others. I would have bought their products if i could have used Paypal to pay for them.
