Trivani International was founded in 2007 by Leslie DeeAnn, current President, and her son Bob. With great believe in the power of network marketing Trivani focuses on two parts of the company, firstly the humanitarian commitment and secondly, the profitable aspects of the network marketing business. Although almost every network marketing company supports different charity campaigns or even establishes own campaigns, it’s still important to know that the Trivani Foundation focuses on the humanitarian commitment of the company. Trivani is currently active in Australia, Philippines, Canada, Japan, USA, United Kingdom and Germany.
Trivani
The corporate principals are split up into three missions: “Purpose” with a focus on their humanitarian projects, “Health” which focuses on their commitment to safe and high-quality products and “Prosperity” which offers a financial opportunity to distributors. Distributors are marketing health and wellness products that are to be categorized in different product lines: hair care, personal car, skin care, essentials and oral care. The company claims to offer uncontaminated and pure products that are designed to help you live a comfortable, healthy and energetic life.
A company that focuses for almost the half of its mission on the humanitarian sounds really appealing to join. Visit the company’s website and you will have it very hard to find actual figures of the donated money or their charity projects. I don’t mean that the company is making false statements, but it would definitely give their presence more credibility if they could back them up more. Joining Trivani is free of charge and the annual renewing is also for free.
Trivani Compensation Plan
Let’s have a look at the third mission “Prosperity” by reviewing the compensation plan. Trivani’s compensation plan offers a payout based on a unilevel plan divided into three components.
1. Power Up – Fast Start
When you enrol a new distributor, you get a bonus equal to 30% of the PV that distributor orders during their first month; if you enrol two or more new distributors in a month, that bonus goes up to 40% for each one.
You need to make a monthly order of at least 50PV to be qualified for the Fast Start bonus. For each 30% or 40% you receive, your upline will also profit and will receive a 10% bonus.
2. Power Up – Unilevel Commissions
Trivani offers a 50% full payout on commissionable volume on 12 levels. On level one you will receive 12%, on level two 8%, on level three and twelve 6% and on the other levels between level 5 and 11 you will receive 2%. These percentages will be paid out, regardless your volume or attained rank.
3. Power All – Group Volume Bonuses
When you’re on a monthly autoship of 100PV and you’ve sponsored a certain amount of new distributors, you automatically become a Sponsor for a child and qualified for the Group Volume Bonuses.
For example, when your organization reaches at least 250 PGV and at least one of your first-level distributors becomes a Sponsor, you advance to the rank of Advocate and receive a 20% Power All bonus on your full PGV. Further rank advancements mean higher payouts, from Advisor to Master and beyond.
| Level | PGV | 1st Level Sponsors |
Commissions Percent |
Bonuses |
| Advocate | 250 | 1 | 20% | |
| Advisor | 2000 | 4 | 25% | |
| Trainer | 7500 | 6 | 30% | US$300 Car Bonus |
| Teacher | 15,000 | 8 | 35% | US$450 Car Bonus, Vacation Bonus |
| Mentor | 30,000 | 10 | 40% | US$600 Car Bonus |
| Master | 60,000 | 12 | 45% | US$750 Car Bonus |
Once you’re qualified as Trainer, you also earn extra incentives, like a Car Bonus or a Vacation Bonus.
Trivani Conclusion:
Trivani International sounds more international than it currently is in reality. It’s still a young company and definitely offers a great opportunity. It looks like the compensation plan is very generous in rewards. The twelve-level uniplan pays out a full 50%, which makes it a very attractive plan, but if you do the maths you will realize that you need a large organization to make a good income.
It’s good to see companies focus on the humanitarian aspects, but in reality almost every network marketing company is very active on that front. If someone would ask me to consider the Trivani business, I would definitely take some time to listen to his story. The problem is that there’s nothing about the Trivani business that makes me say “wow that’s a viewpoint I‘ve never heard of or seen before”.
