Since decades lots of people are becoming millionaires because of being active in network marketing (the industry where NuVia3 is active in). Sometimes their personal success stories inspire a network marketer to start his own company. Even though many of those ground floor opportunities aren’t able to deal with the competition, every now and then a new network marketing company manages to reap success. At the moment that I’m writing this review, NuVia3 has been in business since a month. I’m a fan of companies who come out with something special and I have reason to believe that NuVia3 is one of those companies. Allow me to explain why…
NuVia3
NuVia3, with headquarters in Irvine, California, has been co-founded in November 2010 by Mike Rangel (CEO & President), Eileen Talebi (Chief Operating Officer), Hy Jessop (Master Distribution), Steffin Rangel (Vice President Of Field Operations) and Adele Haliday (Vice President of New Business Development). The slogan of the company goes like this “A New Way to Vitality, Prosperity and Community”. CEO Mike Rangel has 30 years of business experience and also had the privilege to train many professional American athletes.
NiVia3’s flagship product is the ShotWave Burst drink. It’s a power drink made of pure coconut water, maqui berries, açai berries, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate and grape seed extract. The drink also contains vitamins A, B, C and E, amino acid energy bled and a natural sweetener to minimize calorie intake. The price of the ShotWave Burst drink is $130.00 for 36 two oz shots or $65.00 for 18 two oz shots. Since January 2011 the company also markets their second product called ShotWave Slim, which is a weight loss product with as primary ingredient the exotic citrus fruit.
Although I think that in time they could become alternatives for unhealthy sugar-packed and caffeine-ridden energy drinks, I don’t really believe that the products stand out. You can join NuVia3 as a Member, an Associate or a Junior Associate by paying an annual membership fee of $30. In addition, an associate must place an initial product order of $130 and the Junior Associate an order of $65. As you can already find out for yourself, it is to be said that the Junior Associate will only earn half as much (on which I don’t elaborate further in this article), but he can always upgrade his membership. The biggest difference in the NiVia3 business is to be found in the compensation plan. Let’s have a closer look at how you can make money in the trillion dollar health and wellness industry with NiVia3.
NuVia3 Compensation Plan
NiVia3 calls the 3 x 14 community matrix compensation plan with a 50% total payout a “simply get 3” – concept because of the Community Overlap (explained below). 1. Fast Start Volume Bonus:
$50.00 for each new distributor you sign up, $20.00 for each new distributor they sign up and $5.00 for each distributor those new distributors sign up, down to 6 levels in your matrix. This is a one-time, monthly paid out, bonus.
2. Matrix Residual Bonus:
The 3 x 14 matrix works with a Community Overlap. It’s a difficult name for something very simple. When you enrol 3 new distributors, you will have underneath you: one on the left, one in the middle and one on the right. The one on the left and the one on the right will both become a part of the community (organization) of a crossline distributor (another distributor personally enrolled by the person who enrolled you). This pattern continues 14 levels deep. The commission % varies from 2% to maximum 10%.
3. Executive Depth Generational Bonus
Upon reaching certain qualifications, you will be paid 1% on all product sales volume in your organization starting on your 15th level and beyond.
NuVia3 Conclusion:
There’s reason to believe that NiVia3 is more than just a hype and they are fully deserving the attention that they are currently getting. The company designed some valuable products backed up by a solid compensation plan. Currently thousands of people are joining the business and by this way they are securing their place in the 3 x 14 community matrix.
I love the idea of the NuVia3 community matrix, but the biggest disadvantage is that when you’re enrolled in an unsuccessful team, your own Residual Bonus won’t grow spectacularly. With that in your mind, I want you to fully understand how this compensation plan works. It can create enormous opportunities for people who work well in team, but when one falls down, almost everyone can fall down with NuVia3.
